2. Service Overview

Coach Nomi provides AI-assisted coaching experiences, workout planning, and nutritional guidance. The platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
• Safeguard login credentials and notify us of unauthorized use
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Comply with community guidelines and refrain from abusive or unlawful behavior

4. Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date
• Promotional trials convert to paid plans at the published rates unless canceled
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by local law
• We may update pricing with advance notice delivered through the app or email

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (metrics, photos, feedback). By uploading content you grant us a license to store, process, and display it solely to deliver the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

Coach Nomi retains all rights to platform materials, branding, algorithms, and content. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell any portion without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or performance improvements
• Use of workout or nutrition plans is at your own risk and discretion

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks. You may cancel at any time via your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
